Lay Organization

 

The mission of the Lay Organization is to organize and train laity, through a program of planned activities and competencies, to maximize the abilities and skills granted by God, to serve with efficacy and efficiency, in accordance with the doctrine and discipline of the A.M.E. Church. Preparation for optimal service to the church is accomplished through teaching the history, doctrine, philosophy, and practices of the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
